Giving Back at Wausau East High School

We had the chance to head back to Wausau East and spend some time with students - talking about work, business, and what it actually takes to keep pushing forward. It's the kind of thing we don't take lightly.

There's something different about walking back into a school that played a part in shaping who you are. You remember what it felt like to be in those seats, not sure what came next. So when the opportunity comes up to share a little of that journey with students who are figuring things out right now, we're going to show up every time.

We talked about the real stuff - not just the highlights. Building something from the ground up isn't always clean or straightforward. There are slow seasons, hard decisions, and plenty of moments where you just have to keep going. Students asked good questions, and we did our best to give them honest answers.

Giving back to the Wausau community isn't a box we check. It's part of how we operate. This area is where we got our start, and the people here - including the next generation coming up through schools like Wausau East - are worth investing in.
